RETURN POLICY

At Mara Mia, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. Because intimates are worn close to the body, certain items are subject to specific return and exchange conditions. Please read the details below carefully.

Panties and Bottoms

Panties and bottoms are exchangeable only and are not eligible for return or refund.

Panties may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery only if they meet all of the following conditions:

✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ No signs of wear
✔ Original hygiene liner fully intact
✔ All original tags attached
✔ In original packaging

Panties that show signs of wear, have missing or removed tags, or have a removed, altered, or damaged hygiene liner will not be accepted for exchange.

Panties included in sets are subject to the same exchange-only policy.

Returns and Exchanges

All other eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ No signs of wear
✔ All original tags attached
✔ In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email hello@mara-mia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item name(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The size or color requested, if exchanging
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Our team will reply with instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Panties and bottoms are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please specify this in your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Panties and bottoms are exchangeable only and must have the original tags attached, hygiene liner fully intact, and no signs of wear to be eligible.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@mara-mia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will make it right.
